 We’re glad you’re visiting! Please help us keep our community safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone by following these important guidelines during your stay.

• Gate access code will be privided by your host.
• Only residents, their guests, and renters may use the pool, pool bar, decks, and other shared spaces. 
• Please respect neighbors and follow posted rules in all common areas.
   

• Guests must park only in unnumbered spaces unless using the host homeowners' numbered spot
• Follow the one-way, counterclockwise traffic flow in the parking lot.
• Do not park in assigned/numbered spaces, block driveways, or park in fire lanes.
• Commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not allowed overnight.
   

• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
• Children 14 and under must be with an adult (18+). 
• No glass containers, running, diving, rough play, or loud music.
• Shower before entering (shower is behind the bar area).
• Proper swimwear required—no cutoffs or street clothes.
• No rafts or inner tubes (safety floatation devices allowed).
• Dogs may only pass through the pool area directly to/from the beach when permitted. Dogs must be on a leash and are limited to before 10am and after 6p
   

• Guests’ pets are subject to the same rules as owners’ pets
• Limit: One non-aggressive dog or approved pet per unit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times outside the unit.
• Pick up after pets immediately—no relieving in hallways, parking lots, grassy areas, boardwalk, or elevators.
• Dogs may walk through the pool area only to access the beach and only when permitted by Virginia Beach seasonal dog rules (no beach access 10 AM–6 PM, from Memorial Day–Labor Day). No stopping or lingering in the pool area.
   

• No smoking or discarding cigarette butts in common areas.
• Hallways, sidewalks, and entrances must be kept clear
• Use walkways and driveways for access only—no recreational sports or games.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
