For Owners Considering Alterations, Additions, or Modifications 

 Lesner Pointe allows one non-aggressive, registered dog or approved small pets per unit. Pets must always be controlled, leashed, attended, cleaned up after, and never left unattended outdoors. 

 All dogs, bicycles, cars, and small watercraft at Lesner Pointe must be registered with the Association and display the required decals or approvals. 

 Rules and best practices for proper trash disposal, including dumpster use, prohibited items, odor control, cleanliness, and enforcement policies.

 Committees are volunteer groups appointed by the board to advise on specific areas like finance, rules, maintenance, social events, or architectural changes. They help lighten the board’s workload, bring expertise, and encourage owner participation—but they don’t have decision-making power.

 When renting or selling your condo, you must follow the association’s procedures—typically notifying management, providing required documents, and ensuring the new tenant or buyer agrees to abide by all condo rules and regulations.
