POOL RESERVATIONS
- Reservations will continue to be made by calling or texting Connie Supple. 804-305-7537
- Reservations may be made up to one day in advance.
- Pool reservations are limited to 4 hours per day, between 10:00 AM and 10:00PM.
HOLIDAY POLICY
The pool may not be reserved on holiday weekends or on the holiday itself, as these are typically high-usage times and the pool should remain open to all residents.
The only exception will be for community-wide events, where the entire neighborhood is invited.
WHAT A RESERVATION INCLUDES
- Exclusive use of the bar area and refrigerator only.
- The pool itself remains open to all residents at all times.
- Maximum of 25 guests per reservation. A notice will be posted on the bulletin board behind the bar when the pool is reserved.
- There will also be a calendar with reservations placed there.
- No new holes are allowed to be made in the drivit. - no thumbtacks - only taping or tying is allowed. All decorations must be removed at the end of event.
- The Pool Monitor for the day will be listed in the box behind the bar.
- When reserving, residents should indicate how many tables are needed.
DECORATIONS - EVEN THUMBTACKS ARE CAUSING DAMAGE TO DRIVIT NOW...MAY WE NOTE THAT ONLY TYING OR TAPING IS ALLOWED & THAT DECORATIONS MUST BE REMOVED AT END OF EVENT?
AFTER YOUR RESERVATION
- All trash must be removed and taken to the dumpster.
- Bar area must be wiped down and left clean.
- Bathroom supplies should be restocked if needed.
- Any food left in the refrigerator must be clearly labeled.
GRILL USAGE
- The grill will remain locked when not in use and will be locked each night at 9:00 PM.
- Residents must reserve the grill (through the same process as pool reservations).
- Grill reservations are limited to 2 hours, between 10:00 AM and 9:00PM.
- The grill must be cleaned within the reserved time period.
- After each use, the grill will be locked again.
Proper cleaning brushes are stored at the outdoor kitchen for your use. One is a long handle brush (please do not use a bristle brush, these have been known to be dangerous as the bristles fall off and can get transmitted to your food and ingested. The other is a short brush (looks like an Iron). Use either of them or both. Please get it as clean as you can being thoughtful of the next user. We will buy new cleaning equipment as needed.
