1. Send an e-mail to supple2@hotmail.com stating your name, time and date of use. 

2. Cook your food and have fun. 

3. Clean up after use. 

Proper cleaning brushes are stored at the outdoor kitchen for your use. One is a long handle brush (please do not use a bristle brush, these have been known to be dangerous as the bristles fall off and can get transmitted to your food and ingested. The other is a short brush (looks like an Iron). Use either of them or both. Please get it as clean as you can being thoughtful of the next user. We will buy new cleaning equipment as needed.
